　　（Fourth）The Chinese government departments have signed with relevant international organizations“The Belt and Road”Cooperation documents, including the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and the world economic forum, the international road transport union, the international trade center, the International Telecommunication Union, the international civil aviation organization, the United Nations Alliance of civilizations, international legal development organization, the World Meteorological Organization, the International Maritime Organization.
